Our Story
Built by a Property Manager, For Property Managers
For over 25 years, Corey Recla was on the other side of the phone. He spent his career in the management industry, personally overseeing more than 200 different condominium associations and HOAs. He lived every frustration that property managers know too well: the plumber who doesn't show, the restoration company that takes a week to start, the 2 AM calls where nobody picks up, the invoice that's twice what you were quoted.
When Corey left the management industry, he didn't slow down. He built Xpress Plumbing and Construction — the company he wished had existed when he was running those associations. A single company with plumbing, construction, mitigation, and restoration crews who actually answer the phone at 2 AM, who show up when they say they will, and who handle the entire job from start to finish so property managers can get back to managing their properties.
