Our Story
Built by a Property Manager, For Property Managers
Xpress Plumbing and Construction began with a mission rooted in real and genuine care for people and their properties. Our owner, Corey Recla, spent over 25 years in the management industry, personally overseeing more than 200 different condominium associations and HOAs across the Treasure Valley. He experienced firsthand the damage caused by juggling multiple contractors during emergencies, and created Xpress — a unified team that could handle everything under one roof. No callbacks, no waiting, no finger-pointing between vendors.
Through that growth our values have stayed unchanged. We continue to focus on responsiveness, quality workmanship, and honest communication with everyone. Customers trust our team because we provide solutions that make sense, complete repairs with consistent attention to detail, and treat every property with respect.
